Some of the videos will require
you to install 'Flash Media Player' these videos will include
some of the dressage test videos, includng the circles and
free walk video etc. To install 'Flash Media Player' (It's
free) please follow the link below and follow the on-screen
instructions;

For the more recent videos - including

You can follow the help instructions below.
I don't see the video -
just a blank box with a cross in the middle
This is because you do not have Microsoft Media Player, you
need this to play the videos. You can download the latest
version of Microsoft media player (it's free of charge) from
the microsoft website www.microsoft.com. The following link
should take you to the download part of microsoft's web site.
Click Here To Download Media Player
http://www.microsoft.com
Follow the on-screen instructions carefully
and you should soon be able to enjoy all of our latest video
content.
With the new video format we are using
for 2007 you should no longer need to download any extra software.
The videos should simply play from your normal browser. However,
in some cases videos may be excluded from playing by the security
settings on your computer.
Streaming video appears choppy
- stopping and starting
If your video playback keeps stopping and starting you should
first consider your connection speed.
If you have a dial-up connection, the videos will not play
as smooth as they would with a broadband connection.
The speed of your internet connection
will also vary according to the time of day and the amount
of connections on your internet network.
Close other programs
Sometimes other programs or processes may interfere with the
video play back. Try shutting down all running programs in
the task list, and reconnecting to your web page. Do not restart
the computer during the process or else you will have to start
from scratch.
1. Hold down the Ctrl and Alt keys on
the keyboard, and then press the Delete key.
Windows 2000/XP/Vista: Click Task Manager and click the Applications
tab.
2. From that list of programs, it is only necessary to keep
running Explorer, Systray and RunDll, if they appear.
3. Highlight the first program in the list that isn't any
of the necessary items above and click End Task. This will
return you to the desktop.
4. Another window may appear, saying 'This program is not
responding', click End Task.
5. Repeat the same steps to close the programs until only
Explorer and Systray (and RunDll if present) remain in the
list. Remember to leave your anti virus and firewall software
running also.
Note: If you are unsure what applications
are required by your computer, please contact your computer
manufacturer.

Help (other)
At the beginning of 2008 we totally
redesigned the site, and if you're a long standing member
many things will be seem different.
No Member's Login
You do not need to login in anymore to see the bulk
of the site, the report's pages and feature pages are all
available without logging in, But these are simply summary
pages providing links to the actual features on the site.
What is different is that you will only need to login (once
per session), when you want to view a particular detailed
part of the site, i.e a particular event report, more detail
on the feature's page or to watch a video.
Report Page coming soon
..
Sometimes the reports take a little longer to go
up than normal, this is because it has been delayed by waiting
for photos etc. Please try again later, or if you see a report
that has been delayed more than a few days, please ensure
you have refreshed your browser (press F5), or contact us
if the report still does not appear.
If you need to contact us, please
use our feedback page.
